Q: What are your rates?
US$100/night, double occupancy. Monthly stays are negotiable. We accept all credit cards and PayPal.
Q: What time is check-in?
3:00 PM, and check out is 12:00 PM (noon).
Q: what steps have you taken to address covid 19?
Chrisanns Beach Resort is situated within the North Coast Resilient Corridor, a set of safety protocols for Covid-19 to protect locals and visitors alike. The resilient corridors were created to encourage safe tourism practices through the strict delivery of service that conform to a rigorous set of COVID-19 protocols and approved by the The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). Chrisanns Beach Resort has been permitted to accept guests as we have been inspected and we comply with the required standards of training, protective equipment and processes. All our employees and guests must observe hand hygiene, social/physical distancing and wear masks in public spaces.
Q: Do I need a car to get around?
Not really, but you can rent a car at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay when you arrive, starting from US$65/day. There are lots of local route taxis passing just outside the property that will take you into Ocho Rios. However, with Covid 19, it's better to arrange for a private taxi, as local route taxis don't allow for social distance.
Q: Do you welcome smokers?
Yes, but no smoking inside the condo, or in the lobby. Guests can smoke in the open air areas around the pool, in the gazebo and on the beach. The property's Homeowners' Association and Jamaican Government regulations restrict smoking indoors.
Q: Are there golfing and water sports nearby?
Yes, you can buy a day pass at the nearby Sandals Hotels in Ocho Rios to use their golf course, and at Couples Tower Isle next door for water sports. You can also find water sports in Ocho Rios. The snorkelling and fishing are great at our private beach as well.

Q: WHERE ARE THE HOT NIGHT SPOTS?
In Ocho Rios, only a ten-minute taxi ride away.
Q: WHERE CAN I BUY GROCERIES?
Right across the street from a small supermarket, open seven days a week. They accept VISA and MasterCard.
Q: IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE in THE apartment?
The maximum is two adults, We cannot accommodate children. Our condo is approximately 450 square feet, so two people are what it can comfortably accommodate.
Q: WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel 30 or more days before you check in, you'll get a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days, you'll get a 50% refund. If you cancel seven days or less, before your check in date, there is no refund.
Q: can i walk to restaurants?
Yes, there are four restaurants and bars across the street: a Jamaican jerk center (lower priced), a mid-priced restaurant and two high end restaurants with continental and nouvelle cuisine. They all accept credit cards.
Q: How can i arrange airport transfers?
